Renae provided above and beyond service in the recent sale of an estate-sale home. The home, well-built and in a nice neighborhood, had been neglected inside and out, and needed deep cleaning. She brought in house cleaners and grounds cleanup, and then staged it – it was a totally different looking house. At the last minute it was found the septic had not been pumped (30 yr old system) and was deteriorated. She dealt with the city and septic company and in less than 2 weeks new plumbing hooked up and to code. The estate’s elderly owner and POA did not have to do any of the septic’s problem solving, permit set-up, or prepping the house, working with the estate attorney, and closing. (Closing was set up and notary signatures were done at the assisted living facility.) We did very little besides a few initial meetings. She was exceptionally patient with the seller and made the ‘crazy’ situation very, very easy. Renae’s experience made a huge difference in regards house maintenance knowledge, her range of contacts, and her senior/estate Specialist Certifications, and the entire process. I would recommend Renae for any property sale – not just estates.
