About

Agapé Realty LLC

For the Love of Home.

A home is rarely just a piece of real estate. It holds memories, milestones, family history, and sometimes an entire lifetime. That's why Agapé Realty LLC was built around a different approach to real estate, one that recognizes that when life changes, the decisions surrounding home often carry far more weight than the transaction itself.

We provide experienced real estate guidance and coordinated support for families navigating later-life transitions, probate, estate liquidation, and the sale or purchase of a home. Through it all, our purpose remains the same:

To bring clarity to complicated situations, care to meaningful transitions, and confidence to whatever comes next.

Why Agapé Realty LLC Exists

Real Estate Is Often Only One Piece of the Story.

Agape Realty LLC Tri-Cities Washington Realtor

A parent can no longer safely manage the family home.

An adult child is trying to coordinate a move from hundreds of miles away.

A personal representative suddenly becomes responsible for a house filled with decades of belongings.

A couple knows it's time to simplify but has no idea where to begin.

These aren't simply real estate transactions. They're life transitions.

And too often, families are handed a list of professionals to call and left to coordinate everything themselves.

Agapé Realty LLC was created to provide something different.

One trusted guide. One thoughtful plan. A network of resources working toward the same outcome.

Meet The Team

Renae Quigley  |  Owner

Renae Quigley is the owner of Agapé Realty LLC and a Certified Probate Real Estate Specialist (CPRES) and Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES).

Her approach to real estate was shaped by something she recognized early in her career: the most important conversations rarely begin with square footage, interest rates, or listing prices. They begin with questions like:

What do we do with Mom's house?

How do I manage this estate from another state?

Is it time to move or can we make staying work?

What happens to everything inside the house?

     Where do we even begin?

Renae built Agapé Realty LLC to help answer those questions. Her experience in real estate, property preparation and design, estate liquidation, senior transitions, and financial services gives her a broad perspective on the many decisions that can surround a home during a significant life change.

But her role isn't to make those decisions for you. It's to help you understand your options, build the right plan, and move forward with confidence.

Experience Matters. So Does How You Serve.

Renae's professional career has included recognition as Rookie of the Year, a Top 20 Producing Agent, and an award-winning stager and designer. Those accomplishments matter, but they aren't the measure by which Agapé Realty LLC defines exceptional service. We measure it by whether our clients felt heard, whether they understood their options, whether details were handled well, whether communication was clear, and whether, at the end of a difficult or significant transition, they could say: “I knew someone was looking out for us.”

That's the standard we strive to meet.

More Than One Person. One Standard of Care.

Agapé Realty LLC's work extends beyond one real estate agent. Our team supports families through the practical details that surround estate liquidation, legacy moves, property preparation, client care, and the many moving pieces that accompany significant transitions.

We also work alongside trusted local professionals when additional expertise is needed. Different roles. Different expertise. One standard of care.

Ronnie Purdy  |  Estate Services Coordinator

Ronnie Purdy supports Agapé Realty LLC clients through the practical and emotional details that often accompany moves, estate liquidation, downsizing, and major life transitions.

Compassionate, organized, and detail-oriented, Ronnie has a gift for bringing calm to situations that can easily feel overwhelming. Whether she is helping prepare a home, coordinating an estate sale, organizing belongings, or simply helping a family determine what comes next, she approaches each project with care, creativity, and a willingness to do whatever she can to lighten the load.

Ronnie also brings a creative eye to staging, organization, and the presentation of personal property - always with an understanding that the items inside a home often represent much more than their monetary value.

What matters most to Ronnie is how people feel throughout the process. She wants every client to feel heard, respected, supported, and genuinely cared for, not like another project on a schedule.

Outside of work, Ronnie enjoys creating art and crafts, teaching paint classes, treasure hunting at estate sales and thrift stores, and spending time with family and friends. Her faith is an important part of her life and influences the compassion and integrity she brings to serving others.

For Ronnie, the love of home means creating a place where people feel safe, welcomed, loved, and at peace because home is more than a house. It is where memories are made, healing happens, and families grow together.

Tracy Bond  |  Client Care Liaison

Tracy Bond serves as Client Care Liaison for Agapé Realty LLC, supporting older adults and families through downsizing, relocation, Legacy Moves, and estate liquidation.

With a background in hotel and restaurant administration and more than two decades devoted to raising her family and caring for her grandchildren, Tracy brings a natural combination of customer service, organization, patience, and genuine care to her role.

From packing and unpacking to helping clients settle into a new home or working alongside the team during an estate sale, Tracy is often present during some of the most personal parts of a transition. She has a gift for listening, encouraging, and making sure questions and concerns are heard and addressed.

For Tracy, the most meaningful part of her work is seeing the relief that comes when a client realizes they do not have to carry everything alone. She enjoys getting to know the people Agapé Realty LLC serves, hearing their stories, and helping make an otherwise stressful season feel more manageable.

Outside of work, Tracy enjoys hiking, working out, kayaking, swimming, fishing, traveling to Hawaii with her family, and serving through her church and other ministries. She is also especially enjoying one of her favorite roles yet... being a grandma.

For Tracy, the love of home means a place of comfort and rest, made meaningful by the people you share it with.

What We Believe

Listen Before Leading

Clarity Before Urgency

Coordination Matters

Expertise With Humanity

The Outcome Is Bigger Than the Transaction

Every family, estate, and transition is different. We begin by understanding before recommending.

Important decisions deserve thoughtful consideration. Our job is to create clarity—not pressure.

Families shouldn't have to become project managers simply because life changed. We help bring the pieces together.

Knowledge matters. So do patience, empathy, communication, and respect.

A closing may complete the real estate transaction. It isn't necessarily the measure of success.

Let's Begin With a Conversation.

You don't need to know exactly what service you need. You don't need to have every decision made. And you don't need to have everything figured out before reaching out.

Tell us what's happening. We'll help you determine what comes next.
