About
Agapé Realty LLC
For the Love of Home.
A home is rarely just a piece of real estate. It holds memories, milestones, family history, and sometimes an entire lifetime. That's why Agapé Realty LLC was built around a different approach to real estate—one that recognizes that when life changes, the decisions surrounding home often carry far more weight than the transaction itself.
We provide experienced real estate guidance and coordinated support for families navigating later-life transitions, probate, estate liquidation, and the sale or purchase of a home. Through it all, our purpose remains the same:
To bring clarity to complicated situations, care to meaningful transitions, and confidence to whatever comes next.

Why Agapé Realty LLC Exists
Real Estate Is Often Only One Piece of the Story.

A parent can no longer safely manage the family home.
An adult child is trying to coordinate a move from hundreds of miles away.
A personal representative suddenly becomes responsible for a house filled with decades of belongings.
A couple knows it's time to simplify but has no idea where to begin.
These aren't simply real estate transactions. They're life transitions.
And too often, families are handed a list of professionals to call and left to coordinate everything themselves.
Agapé Realty LLC was created to provide something different.
One trusted guide. One thoughtful plan. A network of resources working toward the same outcome.
Meet Renae Quigley
Real Estate Expertise. A Different Kind of Guidance.
Renae Quigley is the owner of Agapé Realty LLC and a Certified Probate Real Estate Specialist (CPRES) and Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES).
Her approach to real estate was shaped by something she recognized early in her career: the most important conversations rarely begin with square footage, interest rates, or listing prices. They begin with questions like:
What do we do with Mom's house?
How do I manage this estate from another state?
Is it time to move—or can we make staying work?
What happens to everything inside the house?
Where do we even begin?
Renae built Agapé Realty LLC to help answer those questions. Her experience in real estate, property preparation and design, estate liquidation, senior transitions, and financial services gives her a broad perspective on the many decisions that can surround a home during a significant life change.
But her role isn't to make those decisions for you. It's to help you understand your options, build the right plan, and move forward with confidence.

Experience Matters. So Does How You Serve.
Renae's professional career has included recognition as Rookie of the Year, a Top 20 Producing Agent, and an award-winning stager and designer. Those accomplishments matter, but they aren't the measure by which Agapé Realty LLC defines exceptional service. We measure it by whether our clients felt heard, whether they understood their options, whether details were handled well, whether communication was clear, and whether, at the end of a difficult or significant transition, they could say: “I knew someone was looking out for us.”
That's the standard we strive to meet.
More Than One Person. One Standard of Care.
Agapé Realty LLC's work extends beyond one real estate agent. Our team supports families through the practical details that surround estate liquidation, legacy moves, property preparation, client care, and the many moving pieces that accompany significant transitions.
We also work alongside trusted local professionals when additional expertise is needed. Different roles. Different expertise. One standard of care.
What We Believe
Listen Before Leading
Clarity Before Urgency
Coordination Matters
Expertise With Humanity
The Outcome Is Bigger Than the Transaction
Every family, estate, and transition is different. We begin by understanding before recommending.
Important decisions deserve thoughtful consideration. Our job is to create clarity—not pressure.
Families shouldn't have to become project managers simply because life changed. We help bring the pieces together.
Knowledge matters. So do patience, empathy, communication, and respect.
A closing may complete the real estate transaction. It isn't necessarily the measure of success.
